Steve Simon, as Secretary of State, has given charters to all the fraudsters without background checks. Fraudulent businesses in Minnesota registered with his office first. He is on the State Executive Council. It was his job to protect the taxpayer, and he failed.

Simon was the only elected official on the "elite" commission that scraped Minnesota's flag, with no public vote and no vote in the Legislature.
